Includes all the same premium features and components found on the previous Thule 963XT Spare Me bike rack model but now includes a cable bike lock for locking the bikes to the carrier. It also includes a slightly redesigned mounting plate that now fits an even broader range of spare wheels (including Toyota FJ Cruiser spare wheel, Honda CRV spare wheel and more). A lock and keys are also included to lock the mounting plate in place, thereby securing the entire bike rack to the vehicle.
