Image of a two bike trunk rack on a 2006 Mazda 6 trunk spoiler, featuring the Thule 9001 Raceway 2 bike rack.
This 2006 Mazda 6 locking cable trunk bike rack is the right choice for almost any bicycle.
Think you can’t use a trunk bike rack because your vehicle has a spoiler? Think again. R.O. of Burlington, Vermont opted for a versatile and reliable trunk bike rack for a trunk spoiler on a 2006 Mazda 6. They installed the Thule 9001 Raceway 2 bike rack onto their Mazda 6 trunk. This rack offers some of Thule’s latest innovations, including an arcing rack design that fits more vehicles, FitDial adjustment for a quick, secure install, and SureTight cable attachments that simply retract excess cable back into the rack–don’t fiddle with floppy webbing straps on a trunk rack ever again! Pads and cradles keep bikes stabilized, and the Thule Raceway 2 even comes with a cable lock for securing bikes to the rack, and locks to lock the rack cables to the vehicle.

This 2008 Chrysler 300 bike tray trunk rack using the Thule 9003 Raceway is perfect for one or two bikes.
Want a bike rack that you can easily switch between different vehicles, fold up and stow conveniently in the off-season, and load bikes onto with ease? Check out this customer install, featuring a platform tray bike mount on a 2008 Chrysler 300 trunk. This setup features the Thule 9003 Raceway bike rack attached to the trunk on a 2008 Chrysler 300 sedan. The innovative design on the 9003 Raceway features platform-style bike holders that allow bikes to be transported in wheel trays rather than traditional mast-style support arms. This means bikes are easier to load (they only have to be lifted to roughly the height of the bumper), and virtually any style of bike is compatible–including small kid’s frames. The 9003 Raceway uses retractable cables to attach to the vehicle instead of webbing straps, so adjustment is quick and precise. Bike trays and upper frame securing arms fold up when not in use for easy moving and storing, and the rack even includes locks to lock the bikes to the trunk rack and the trunk rack to the car. This is a versatile, high-performance setup for any cycling adventure!
